Seeking an experienced recruiter with stakeholder management and data management skills. The ideal candidate should be experienced in / have an understanding about the FTE and Contract hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
-The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, contract management team and internal support team to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth transition for contract employees into permanent roles.
– Manage the offer and negotiation process, including extending offers and facilitating contract-to-hire conversions.

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with contract employees to promote retention and engagement.
