B.Tech. or relevant degree in engineering or data scienc
At least 2+ years of experience working in data and analytics domain, preferably in a Fintech company
Proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams, with impeccable communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Form strong hypotheses for the given problem statements and identify relevant data sources and metrics
Run efficient SQL queries to fetch the required data
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of user data to verify the hypothesis and formulate recommendations
Conduct in-depth user research via product surveys and user calling and come up with an actionable roadmap
Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including tech, machine learning, design, customer support, legal and finance teams
Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in the fintech industry, sharing insights and recommendations with relevant stakeholders
