- Responsible for the Configuration, Testing, Troubleshooting, and Operations of Ericsson PaCo Nes(vSGSN-MME, vEPG, WMG).
- Must have a strong understanding of wireless technologies including 2G/3G/4G/5G.
- Responsible for the Integration, and SW Upgradation of packet core NEs
- Must have thorough understanding of 3GPP Specification for LTE/5G Features and protocols, experience with ongoing 3GPP Rel-15/Rel-16 activities is beneficial.
Job Description :
- Responsible for the Configuration, Testing, Troubleshooting, and Operations of Ericsson PaCo Nes(vSGSN-MME, vEPG, WMG).

- Responsible for the Integration, and SW Upgradation of packet core NEs
- Good to know about the DRA/DEA concepts and their functionalities.
- Have to support PS network performance-related issues with the help of failure logs, and traces.
- Need to perform diagnostic, alarming, and debugging procedures for standard operation process.
- Have to resolve Packet core customer complaints through the ticketing system and provide a resolution within agreed SLAs based on severity.
- Must have thorough understanding of 3GPP Specification for LTE/5G Features and protocols, experience with ongoing 3GPP Rel-15/Rel-16 activities is beneficial.
