- · Project planning & execution management with design validation & proper cost estimation
- · Risk management and co-ordination with stakeholders to de-risk the liabilities
- · Vendors & suppliers’ development & management
- · Profit management through value addition in installation activities & scope of work
- · PMP Certification holder and well versed with various tools like MS Projects, AutoCAD, PERT, CPM & GANTT chart
Key Tasks
1. Project designing & control
· Design & quality control of execution through various standards, SMACNA , Green building , ASHRAE,IECC, Environment policy , EHS ,NBC etc .
2. Project Planning
- · Inspection & Validation of Design Parameters & Selection
- · Preparation of schedule with set deadline & progress mapping using tools like PERT, CPM & GANNT chart
- · Planning & execution management through MS project.
3. Project Execution Management
- · Perform the pre-execution validation and customizing with value addition
- · Engaging the suitable vendors & suppliers to improve upon projects’ profitability
- · Control/ manage delivery and installation work,
- · Work progress stabilization and quality control,
- · Co-ordination of all stakeholders for successfully execution & handing over of project within the defined timelines.
