Graduate or Post Graduate with 1-2 years of experience working across cultures and in a matrixed environment (preferred); proven ability to work independently but also to build and sustain high performing partnerships, both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver people reports, analyze and present relevant people metrics and insights to drive decision making with Business Partners and clients.
Build and maintain standardized operating plans for key talent processes, and accountability to ensuring data integrity in Workday system.
Create standard reporting and analytics in a client-ready format.
Analyze and diagnose opportunities to achieve greater consistency, scale, efficiency, and quality, and proactively provide technology-enabled solutions.
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to drive efficiency and connectivity in how we get things done while identifying areas for automation and reduction of risk.
