The Enterprise Digital Experiences Team Member (EDX) is responsible for the product management of American Express’ proprietary digital products – Amex Mobile App, Web, Identity, Digital Commerce & Customer Personalization.

As Digital Channels try to keep pace with the evolving expectations of customers, we believe that Personalization will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and satisfaction by demonstrating that we ‘know our customers’. This Product Development Analyst will play a key role in supporting the evolution of key Personalization products, accelerating growth and embedding personalization across the Enterprise. Responsibilities
- Work directly with Product, Engineering and Decision Science teams within an agile environment to break down requirements into user stories and own feature delivery end to end.
- Actively participate and at times lead pre-launch testing and post launch validation with key partners across marketing, product operations, technology, and decision science.
- Partner with Analytics to assess the value of new features and conduct strategic analysis to recommend enhancements to our capability roadmap.
- Assist with creation of presentations for executive audiences and partners
- Support the evolution of personalization, and the evolving uses of machine-learning & intelligence more broadly and their implications on product development opportunities.
- Support workstreams to continuously evolve and improve our underlying platforms.
