Job Description :
The process is responsible for indexing and assignments of requests based on the customer requirements. The request is received into the shared mailboxes directly from the group or through a MetLife internal contact. Post reviewing the request specifications, it will be assigned to a Business Analyst basis the assignment queues. Also, this process is responsible for extracting and running various reports from the JIRA application and is shared with different verticals of the UIS business as per the requirements.
Description and Requirements
Should have knowledge and experience on DAX, Power BI Desktop and Power BI Services
Should be able to work in stringent timelines
Good written and verbal communication
Good Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills
Proactive in taking initiatives
Good Problem resolution skill
Excel reporting, Dashboard design
Ability to work independently in a time bound and proactive manner
Strong grasping and learning skills on new skills as well as new responsibilities
