Qualifications & Experience:
As Project Managers/ Project lead you are responsible for the end-to-end project management, Working directly with the customer and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the quality and timely delivery of the project. You are able to oversee multiple projects from different sizes and you know how to coach and mentor your peers to drive the best result. The role of the project manager is customer facing for which you need strong communication skills and an engaging presence with the customer. Where required you will be involved in the presales stage of the project.
Mandatory experience should be in Project management invariably of any Domain
Minimum Requirements:
- • Any Degree should be Mandatory.
- • Work from Office.
- • Flexible to work at night shifts.
Experience
- 4-15 years
Required Skill:
- Skills, knowledge and abilities
- • In depth knowledge of Core project management delivery and any activity with end user projects
- • Strong and proactive communication skills, both verbal and written.
- • Primary customer interface, direct interaction with the customer. Engaging presence with
- the customer.
- • Strong in time management and setting priorities.
- • Data validation for projects and project requests, project reporting.
- • Ability to coach/mentor project managers and larger groups, result oriented, learning on the fly.
- • MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite, SharePoint, Adobe, Webex.
- • Project management systems for project management and time management, internal
- Client systems.
- • Handles all project escalation management and governance lead functions.
- • Develops and provides feedback to employees.
- • Assists the T&T project manager to ensure functional and operational goals are communicated
- Within the team.
- • Provide coaching, development and support to project team members and peers.
Professional certifications:
Project manager Certification requirements – SAFE AGILE, CSM, CAPM, Any PMP certification [except LinkedIn] ,masters in project Management , prince 2 practitioner
Project Lead Certification requirements -prince 2 practitioner or PMP from PMI institute, Project Mgmt Diploma from Recognized MBA College
