Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the opportunity and role.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities and help organisation in strategic decisions.
