Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job role is to handle chat / messaging conversations by providing end to end support (Customer service, Technical support, Sales etc).
By doing this, the individual needs to maintain respective KPIs / KRAs on customer experience & efficiencies
Qualification & Skills:
Excellent communication skills (Written / Verbal)
Willingness to work in 24 / 7 support including night, early morning shifts
Comfortable to work from office
Should have exposure to international customer service
Needs to address customer queries over live chat / messaging
