Roles and Responsibilities
- This will be a backoffice, non customer facing role handling fall out from orders
- Will require limited order entry, disconnect orders
- Take ownership of technical issues caused by order/ install fallout
- Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues to flag for other teams or support organizations
- Must be able to troubleshoot fallout issues with orders or service to assist with issue resolution
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Undergraduate/Graduates are eligible.
- Need candidates with 0-1 yr of experience.
- Demonstrated proactive problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Should be comfortable with 24*7 shift environment(majorly night shifts).
- Should be comfortable with Noida sector 135 as work location.
