Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to leverage analytics to drive accelerated Customer Growth in ICS markets.
- Create, implement, and manage customer targeting solutions comprising of, but not limited to, Lending and Early Engagement
- Partner with marketing teams and across COE to drive utilization of these solutions and provide campaign support, including test and learn framework.
- Track success of campaign performance, measure effectiveness of targeting strategy and provide analytical support and actionable insights for future campaigns and marketing strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required and MBA or Master’s degree preferred in following areas: Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in analytics supporting either risk, marketing, or digital product functions.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to apply quantitative methods and business skills to drive business results.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, technology teams and external vendors.
- Strong programming skills are preferred. Experience with Big Data programming is a plus.
