Responsibilities • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting- Statutory and Regulatory • Preparation of financial statements as per statutory guidelines and accounting standards like IFRS, US GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards etc. • Preparation of files as per Regulatory guidelines (APRA submissions, FSL etc.) • Review of Journals & Reconciliations performed by Ledger close team • Working on tools like Oracle, TM1 and CDM. • Regular communication with onshore counterpart via e-mail, instant messenger, and telephonic calls • All deliverables to be met at 100% SLA (both quality and timeliness)- SLA Governance • Ensure 100% compliance and deadlines [List of responsibilities] Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• CA/CMA fresher • MBA/Mcom with relevant experience Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Strong communication – Both Written and Vocal • Strong analytical & Accounting skills • Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change • Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change • High standard of integrity, strong self-confidence to state and support opinions • High energy, strong influencing skills • Ability to work on own initiative • Effective working knowledge of IT incl.
