Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM solutions. This role requires extensive hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Compensation Configurator and mandatory related certifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
– Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
– Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM solutions.
– Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
– Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Workday Core HCM and related technologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
