L&T Off Campus Drive 2026 Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidates should have completed an M.E or M.Tech degree in a relevant discipline.
- The offered annual cost to company (CTC) is ₹6,33,333.
Salary Details:
- Total Fixed Compensation: ₹5,50,000 per year
- Deferre Retention Pay (DRP*) of ₹2,50,000 will be paid after successfully completing three years with the company
- Overall Compensation (including annualized DRP): ₹6,33,333 per annum
