Key Responsibilities
As a Support Analyst / Service Desk Engineer, your main duties will include:
- Assisting users with application, system, and network-related issues
- Handling IT incidents through phone, chat, email, or walk-ins
- Diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently
- Escalating urgent issues when necessary
- Logging and updating all incidents accurately in the ticketing system
- Providing support for standard applications such as Outlook, MS Office, O365, Zoom, VPN, browsers, and other tools
- Taking ownership of user issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Delivering high-quality customer service while following service management guidelines
