IBM Off Campus Hiring 2026 – Eligibility Criteria :
Required technical and professional expertise
- BE / BTech Computer Science (all CS batches like CSE, AIML , DS , Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS , IOT , Robotics, AI , CyberSecurity, BlockChain to name a few) or Information Technology with 6 CGPA/60%.
- Year of Pass out 2026.
- Programming (preferably in Java, C++, Python, Node.js).
- Software Development Life Cycle Concepts
- No active backlogs.
- This is an entry level On-Campus hiring position, and the candidates must be in their final year of education and must obtain their degree before the start of employment with IBM.
- Fluent Communication skills (written and spoken).

Your primary responsibilities include:

Your role and responsibilities
- As a Software Developer you’ll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support.
- You will create software that enables your clients’ hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
- You’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, ensuring the applications delivered are high performing, highly available, responsive, and maintainable.
