VISA Off Campus Drive 2026 Eligibility Criteria :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related technology-engineering discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters) in Computer Science, or related technology-engineering discipline
- Proficiency in at least one backend language used at scale:
- Java, Python, Go, Scala, or C++
- Solid understanding of core CS fundamentals:
- Data structures, algorithms, OOP, basic system design
- Experience contributing code in Agile/Scrum teams across the full SDLC (design → build → test → deploy)
Distributed Systems & Microservices
- Hands-on experience developing microservices-based applications

- Understanding of fault tolerance, performance, and reliability (conceptual level is acceptable)
DevOps, Tooling & CI/CD (Strongly Preferred)

- Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
- Exposure to:
- Automated testing and deployment pipelines
- Logging, monitoring, and system availability concepts
- Familiarity with:

Data & Streaming Technologies
- Experience using:

- NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra)
- Exposure to event-driven or streaming systems, especially:

- Basic understanding of data analytics and statistical modeling (usage-focused, not research-heavy)

- Exposure to AI-powered developer tools, such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- Claude
- Cline
- Power Automate
- Ability to use these tools to:
- Accelerate development

Frontend & Web Exposure (Nice-to-Have)

- Works under close guidance from others to support the piloting of new technology capabilities and features that enhance the user website experience across e-commerce products.
- Identifies and advances bugs that threaten website functionality
