- – Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with Microsoft Azure services.
- – Experience in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases.
- – Knowledge of database administration tasks such as backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security management.
- – Familiarity with Microsoft Azure PaaS offerings and their configuration and management.
- – Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks.
Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users.
