Summary : As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level. Your role will involve L1 and L2 troubleshooting and providing hardware/software support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
– Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
– Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
– Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.
– Configure services running on various platforms and implement technology at the operating system-level.
– Troubleshoot and resolve L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level issues.
– Collaborate with the team to discuss and contribute to work-related discussions.
– Provide solutions to work-related problems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Firewall Architecture.
– Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Infrastructures.
– Strong understanding of network security principles and firewall architecture.
– Experience in configuring and managing firewall devices.
– Knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
– Familiarity with network infrastructure components and their functions.
Additional Information: –
The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Firewall Architecture.
