basic engineering,
BOQ/Estimation by reading drawings,
Monitoring and execution of Jobs at site as per drawings,
Drawing checking & feasibility study of new proposal / schemes,
good coordination skills,
MIS handling and reporting.
Job Description :
JOB PROFILE – To achieve Unit targets through preparation of Proposals, layout feasibility study, co-ordination with vendors & Suppliers, consultants, coordinating with other user departments for proposal study and site execution or any modification jobs, checking of drawings, inspection of materials, maintaining records. New vendor development.
KRA 1: Preparation of proposals, layouts finalization, Estimations for new proposals as per proposed drawings. Maintain & updating of record of all capex documents & manuals.
KRA 2: Co-ordination with departments & suppliers regarding modification jobs, checking / Inspection & maintaining records. Feasibility study and detail engineering of newly / existing installed equipment.
KRA 3: Smooth execution of projects, with proper material planning, timely procurement of materials follow-up with purchase team for timely delivery of items to complete the project in time.
KRA 4: Carryout timely inspection of all jobs required as per our safety standards and statutory guidelines and ensures their timely compliance. Ensure implementation of all safety provisions for workmen & self.
KRA 5: To practice and maintain SAP, ISO Systems and WCM culture.
