- 1+ years of experience working on excel related reporting and tools
- Strong Capital Market Knowledge (esp. Securities, Mutual Funds, Forex, etc).
- Have a strong knack for Automation.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar, Factset, and Lipper would be useful.
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful candidate will have the following attributes: Critical thinker (problem solving), organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Hold clear communication skills (verbal/written) and familiarity with investment and performance measurement concepts.
- Hands on experience VBA/SQL Queries.
Job Description :
Prepare the monthly performance report for the US team and support them in ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive data, scrub the data, and perform data integrity checks and validation. Measure and analyze investment performance data while working with multiple systems.
- Apply basic analytical skills to understand key drivers of financial results. Write up commentary for senior leaders.
- Producing and communicate results to internal clients. Execute reports in a timely and accurate manner under stringent deadlines.
- Gather data independently, check data for integrity, and ensure a quality output. Collect and gather data sources and results.
- Perform variance analysis between systems, Equity Return Calculation, and Performance Attribution Analysis.
- Manage personal, day to day activities.
- Use a high attention to detail and perform self-quality checks.
- Support additional performance initiatives as needed.
