- Serve as front line contact for external customers by answering emails and client calls.
- Assist internal groups with technical issues and inquiries.
- Communicate clearly and concisely and maintain accurate and timely records in systems.
- Be open to accept additional responsibilities assigned to meet the deadlines
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Ability to adhere and deliver as per timelines of various government authorities as per various data formats.
