Introduction
Assist the Business Manager in preparing logistics, agendas and materials to support the senior leadership meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Liaising with HR and internal stakeholders for open position tracking, forecasting and resource hiring closure, SPOC for all hiring related activities between VP/D and the HR teams
Provide administrative help on the processes that support the whole directorate, for example on budgets and tracking spending.
Tracking and completion of mandatory activities
Provide inputs for QBR and other regular updates for the overall function to create a view on the overall performance and achievements of the team
Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases

Deliver automation and strategic initiatives within FC with focus on controls and tech implementation
