Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and capture their requirements, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain insightful Tableau dashboards to present data visually and support decision-making processes.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and generate comprehensive reports on trends and insights, highlighting the impact on various projects.
- Utilize survey tools (preferably Verint) to gather and analyze data and automate attendance tracking from Zoom calls.
- Participate in agile ceremonies at the squad level, contributing to project planning and prioritization.
- Stay updated with the latest best practices in data analytics and product management to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Proficiency in translating business needs and requirements into comprehensive user stories.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise reports.
- Experience working with a multicultural, distributed agile team across different time zones.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
You Bring (experience & Qualifications)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
