- Freshers who are interested in Voice Process (Inbound calls)
- Education Qualification Min. Intermediate/ 12th/ PUC / Graduate
- Good English verbal and written skills required.
- Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Respond to customer’s issues on TAT.
- Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
