CSG Recruitment Drive 2024 Eligibility Criteria :
- 2–3 years of experience in billing operations or a relevant role
- Ability to follow set processes, guidelines, and work instructions on a given task.
- Demonstrated experience in escalating deviations to management
- Knowledge of billing system(s) is desirable
- Knowledge of Telstra’s products and processes is desirable
- Ability to self-motivate and be a reliable team player
- Strong Windows PC Working knowledge
- MS Office skills (Excel and Word) Knowledge
- Experience with service desk ticketing systems is desirable
- Documentation and well-developed communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues
- Demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure, deadline-critical situations
- Able to multi-task with attention to detail
