We are seeking a experienced and passionate Power BI to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide operational support for cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring their availability, performance, and security. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including patching, upgrades, and system monitoring, to maintain a healthy system.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor the Data Loads and Job Schedules.
- Troubleshoot and Fix the Dashboard Data Load/Performance issues.
- Manage the Data Connections.
- Create, Manage and Monitor the tasks in QMC.
- Configuring tasks according to business need and Qlik best practices.
- Scheduling tasks as per business need.
- Maintain and support the existing Qlik reports.
- Investigate the code changes.
- Perform Data Validation and Testing
- Resolve the incident, service requests raised by the end users.
- Create and maintain the documents for the frequent performance, data load & other issues.
- Follow the implementation standard, process and SLA as per the COE guidelines
- Working with Qlik vendor whenever required
- Regularly communicates status, prioritization, success measures, issues, and mitigation strategies
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and stay ahead of emerging technology trends.
- Collaborate with clients, demonstrating strong communication and management skills, and maintain a professional presence.

- Relevant certifications for Qlik.
- Experience with other Microsoft tools like Azure, SQL Server, or Microsoft Excel.
