Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelors degree. A degree in logistics, industrial engineering, management will be an advantage / Undergraduate degree (Only GSC MNL & BOG)
- 0 – 3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain – Preferred
- Good knowledge in MS office
- Effective English communication skills, written and verbal / For BOG & CTU – Spanish & Mandarin language skills.
- Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) –
- Detail oriented
- Good logical reasoning skills

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide best-in-class service within the Customs service line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries across the globe. The role will involve comprehensive training to proficiently perform a range of activities, including file opening, document management, supporting shipment details, processing customs entry such as registration and invoice declaration, managing invoice and costing, handling customs data validation and enrichment, and offering global customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- To understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
- Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.
- Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service.
