Job Description Of GE Vernova Summer Internship 2025
- Assisting in board agenda papers, minutes, maintaining statutory Registers as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013
- Assistance in maintenance and updation in Statutory Records and Registers.
- MIS preparation.
- Assistance in Completion of Statutory filing.
- Assistance IEPF related compliance.
- Assistance in compliance of Private Limited Cos.
- Assistance in Preparation of Annual Report of Listed/Unlisted Company.
- Tracking of recent development in regulatory framework.
- Assistance in Handling shareholder cases involving transfer/transmission/deletion/duplicate etc. Maintenance of the Physical Records of the Company. Assistance in holding of Board/Committee/General Meeting. Other assignment as allocated.
- Obtaining DIN, Digital Signatures of directors
- Collate necessary information from various departments like Tax, Treasury & others
- Filing of various forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
- Assisting in FEMA compliances with respect to FDI, ODI, PO
- To support in various secretarial matters
