Strong understanding of SaaS applications, cloud computing, and related technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. • Proficiency in using support tools and software (e.g., Service Now, BMC, JIRA, etc.). • Assist customers with integration and configuration of our products. • Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest product improvements. • knowledge of Azure/AWS (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS) • Experience with Java Scripting / JQuery, React JS, Angular JS. • Experience with SQL. • Web Technologies/Servers: HTML, Web Services, Web API, Microsoft IIS. • Database: Oracle/SQL server. • Programming Languages: Dot Net(Asp.net , MVC) ,C# , OOPS

Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – SAAS –Application Maintenance/Development In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless and efficient experience with our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You must do governance of applications, identify the problem in system, need to do RCA and further work on permanent solution.
Responsibilities
• Provide first line of support to design integrations with SAAS application. • Answers customer queries raised regarding the product. • Troubleshoot customer application software issues and follow ups till completion. • Understand the issue reported by the customer, analyze, and report it in the reporting system. • Resolve support issues with a focus on root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues. • Work closely with the rest of the support team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. • Good technical skills and product knowledge up to date through self-efforts and internal training. • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and product quality.
