  • Graduate in any discipline, fluent in English and Hindi, freshers only
  • Respond to customer queries, provide data collection support, maintain understanding of client processes, escalate product bugs, and deliver excellent customer service

Minimum qualifications

  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
