Requirements:
- Level 1 is the Service provided in response to the customer’s initial phone call identifying an error, opening a case and trying to resolve using
- knowledgebase. L0s perform basic troubleshooting and problem identification to address routine issues by following prescribed procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and/or equivalent
industry experience
- Minimum 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills
