Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation of the Recruitment and Onboarding modules for inhouse use
- Configure the modules to meet the specific needs of Business, ensuring alignment with their recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Work with Business to gather and analyze business requirements related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure the modules accordingly.
- Customization and Optimization:
- Customize the Recruitment and Onboarding modules to fit Business-specific requirements.
- Optimize the modules for performance, usability, and scalability.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the modules are functioning correctly
- Guide Testing team in Test case preparation
- Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the system.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users on how to use the Recruitment and Onboarding modules effectively.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation.
- Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and project reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
- Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Recruitment and Onboarding.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM and integration with other modules.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and data migration
- Certifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Recruitment and Onboarding are highly desirable.
