Hitachi Energy Off Campus Drive 2024 Eligibility Criteria :
- Relevant educational background, BE Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer science, Information Technology)
- Experience of 6 months to 4 years in energy industry or other industry
- Relevant product experience (substation, gas insulated switchgear, air insulated switchgear, capacitors and filters, surge arrester, circuit breaker, transformer) is added advantage.

Job Description and Responsibilities:-
Primary Design:
- GIS Substation Single Line Diagram, 3D Model, layouts, sections and detailed erection drawings preparation for tenders or projects based on customer specification.
- Prepare Bill of material for tenders or projects based on requirement.
- Finalization of Civil Input Requirement, Earthing & Cable Tray Layout.
- Technical data sheets verification of primary equipment.
- Provide optimized designs on time with standard quality for AIS, GIS, Hybrid and special purpose substations.
Secondary Design:
- Preparation of LCC schematics for High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear (66 kV and above).
- Preparation of GIS CB / Disconnector / Earthing switch / Fast Acting Earthing switches / CT & VT schematics.
- Preparation of JBs for CT, VT, and Density monitors.
- AC / DC Load calculation.
- Preparation of Interlocking table and schematics for various Busbar configurations.
Sales and Tendering:
- Prepare Timely and comprehensive offers / Quotations for Gas Insulated switchgear RFQ / Enquires.
- Determine most technical appropriate and cost effective solutions
- Collaborate across the Sales support team in offering solutions to country / region specific customers.
- Review and analyze the Offers/Quotations technical documents and requirements and identifies the scope of supply, configuration of the product with relevant options, prepares list of technical deviations and clarifications, prepares data sheets, prepares comments to customers technical specifications including quality plans, painting specifications, document lists, etc.
Mechanical Design:
- Preparation of 3D modelling of high voltage Surge Arresters, Capacitor Banks, Disconnectors, Battery Energy Storage Systems and other HVC related Products (>66kV and above).
- Generating BoM of modules and products and creating part numbers using SAP
- Co-ordination and reviewing the 2D and 3D drawings before submitting the same to customers.
- Preparation of guaranteed technical parameters for various high voltage.
Steel Structure Design:
- Preparation of Tekla model, GA drawings & Fabrication drawings of Steel Support Structures for Gas Insulated Switchgears above 66kV.
- Ensure all necessary inputs are available from stakeholders.
- Prepare project specific Civil plan for customer providing GIS loading for design of customer building floor, ceiling cranes etc., Influence of environmental conditions on GIS structure designs etc.
Software Engineer:
- Develop tools with Zuken E3 API to meet the needs of the engineers.
- Knowledge of VB .Net / C# 9.0 & .NET framework 5 and above.
- Familiarity with the .NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC)).
- Should have experience in Excel Automation (COM, Excel Macro, Open-XML).
- Should have worked with Windows Forms and WPF Applications (MVVM)
- Database Plan, build database and relational database modelling
