Job Description :
Group / Organization Description: Provide efficient and effective cash management services for Intel and its consolidated subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, short-term funding and investment execution, monitoring the components of working capital, foreign exchange activity and controls, cash reporting/forecasting.
Key responsibilities of Intern includes (these are provided as a reference guide and will be changed/amended based on business need):
- � Support cash managers on daily cash positioning and funding related activities – approve fund request in SAP from various departments like tax/AP/HR etc.
- � Prepare Quarterly/Monthly indicators for senior management review.
- � Performs and helps on cash desk responsibilities – review/confirm/report daily cash activity
- � Administrates Intel cash collateral position and its exchanges with our counterparties.
- Follows policies and controls around margin calls issued from Intel credit support annex-CSA- contracts and resolves disputes
- � Coordinate the process and documentation required to execute critical treasury payments, manual transactions and implement account services like performing call backs for SSI (Standard settlement instructions.
- � Review and analyze bank account float balances and report out.
- � Perform other duties as requested, including assisting with other treasury and credit related activities and analysis
- � Responsible for implementing the most efficient cash pool set ups (ZBA/TBA) for Intel subsidiaries with banks.
- � Identify process improvements/enhancement/automation, process refinements, and implement changes as deemed necessary.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to systems upgrades and efficiency initiatives of the group.
