For Trade Apprentice:
- Matric with two years ITI in relevant disciplines from a recognized University/Institute as a full time regular course in relevant disciplines.
- Relevant Field: Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist
Note:
- Candidates with qualification acquired through Distance Learning Mode or Part Time Mode or Correspondence mode shall NOT be considered.
- Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications such as B.E or equivalent, MBA or equivalent or MCA / CA/ ICWA, LLB shall NOT be considered.

Selection will be on the basis of performance of the candidates on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Written Test
Written test pattern:
- The written test will comprise of objective type multiple choice (MCQ’s) questions
Trade Apprentice (Fitter/Electrician/ Electronic Mechanic/ Instrument Mechanic/ Machinist):
- Technical Acumen in relevant discipline
- Generic Aptitude including Quantitative Aptitude
- Reasoning Abilities
- Basic English Language Skills
Minimum qualifying marks:
- The candidates will have to qualify successfully through each stage of the selection process i.e. Written Test (Minimum 40%, relaxable by 5% for candidates from SC/ST categories against reserved positions)

For Trade Apprentice:
- Regular Full-time ITI in relevant disciplines recognized by NCVT / SCVT
Relevant Field: Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist
For Trade Apprentice – Accountant:
- Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/University
For Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator:
- Fresher Apprentices: Class XII or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Board/Institute.
- Skilled Certificate Holders: Class XII or its equivalent with Skill Certificate holder in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator

- B. Sc. (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for OBC candidates and 45% in case of ST candidates against reserved positions
- Experience: Minimum one year of post-qualification experience in operation of the pump house, fired heater, compressor, distillation column, reactor, heater exchange etc.
For Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Mech-Fitter-cum-Rigger) /Junior Technical Assistant:
- 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognized Institute/ University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/PwBD candidates against reserved/identified for PwBD positions or
- Matric with ITI in Fitter Trade with Pass class.
- Experience: Minimum one year of post-qualification experience in maintenance/ overhauling of rotary equipment such as Compressor, Gas/ Steam Turbines, Boilers, Columns, Valves, Pumps, etc.
For Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Instrumentation)/ Junior Technical Assistant-IV:
- 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/PwBD candidates against reserved/identified for PwBD positions.
- Experience: Minimum one year of post qualification experience in Maintenance of Modern instrumentation control system like DCS, PLC with electronic field instrumentation, Control Valve, Smart Positioners, etc.
Note: Candidates holding a qualification acquired through part time/ correspondence/ distance education mode are not eligible.
Age Limit (as on 31.01.2020): 18 to 26 years
