• Sound judgment, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
• Should have a knowledge capital market & Mutual funds.
• Dynamic in nature to adapt any changes in the process.
• Flexible to work in long hours when there is business requirement.
• Should be a coachable and open to learn new things as per process requirement.

Roles and responsibilities

Statics activity, Capital activities and Reporting activities:

• To provide and ensure the timely and high-quality service and deliverables to the cluster clients for funds and/or corporate clients allocated to you on a regular basis.
• Concentrates on creating collaborative relationships and delivering consistent results by planning and prioritizing to meet work commitments. Expected to perform review of core processes, complex ad hoc work and all other client requirements.
• To facilitate and assist with onboarding new Investors in the systems.
• Perform KYC / initial screening of the investors for Customer identification program (CIP).
• Onboard the investor
• Contact update / Change: Address, Email address, Phone etc.
• Capital call/ Drawdown notice
• Commitment Booking (subscription/ Capital), distribution or Redemption.
• Perform Reconciliation
• Allocation of units.
• Corporate actions.
• Report the NAV, Quarterly & Annually financial statements to investors as per business requirement.
