Job Descriptions :
- 1. Implement and administer employee policies in consultation and guidance of HR Head.
- 2. Manage entire employee lifecycle – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Process, Induction / Onboarding, Orientation, Employee Query / Grievances Resolution, Separation Process, L&D, Compliances, etc.
- 3. Provide high-quality inputs and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
- 4. Assist and Support the HR Head in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
- 5. Offer proactive assistance with agility.
- 6. Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.
- 7. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
- 8. Prepare letters, documents, formats, notices, etc.
- 9. Coordinate and fulfil end to end Training Needs to Staff.
- 10. Regularly review metrics, analyse and identify trends, and recommend plans of action to address gaps related to human resource developments.
- 11. Ensure successful planning, monitoring and appraisals of employee.
- 12. Support senior leadership team to build good culture for being high performing organization Lead safety initiatives, evaluate risks, record findings & risk assessment
- 13. Oversee administration with help of administrative personnel under instructions of HR Head.
- 14. Awareness and Working Knowledge of HR compliances & local labour laws.
- 15. Manage HR audits.
- 16. Supporting Managers with performance development plans for employees.
- 17. Heath & Wellness programs Planning & execution of offsite excursions, team get-together, team building activities & cultural programs, etc.
- 18. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to facility maintenance, leave management etc.
