Key responsibilities
You will join the People Advisory team in delivering an exceptional employee experience thereby supporting the overall Organization deliverables.
For this you will:
- Be accountable for successful service delivery and high satisfaction score based on PAs work
- Drive and accelerate Employee Experience in all tasks
- Own to resolution people’s enquiries about People policies and procedures, like compensation, benefits, performance management, leave, payroll and People applications, and other matters related to the employee life cycle
- Respond to our employees and managers through a variety of channels (HR case management, phone, email, live chat)
- Guide employees and managers in using self-service in Workday and other HR systems, to facilitate technology adoption
- Promote the usage of the employee HR Portal by providing guidance on HR knowledge content, such as global & local HR policies, How-To, etc.
- Manage HR data quality and perform transactions in Workday and other HR applications
- Work together with People Partners and functional specialists to solve complex queries
- Prepare and handle HR documentation.
- Coordinate and administer onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support improvement activities to simplify and standardize the HR processes
- Deliver on high employee satisfaction, accuracy and timeliness
- Stakeholder management in the Regional office, Hubs & JV locations as well as regular connects with Terminal Employee Experience Organization (EEO) team members to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Project tasks related to Annual Salary Review(ASR), Data Quality, etc.
- Independent end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks
Who we are looking for (the ideal candidate is/has):
Saying that you should be customer-oriented is an understatement: we need you to be passionate about employee experience! You have high energy and drive and efficiently manage resolution of every employee query.
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
- 2 to 5 Years of experience in an HR role
- Passion for delivering great employee experience
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of local labor law would be beneficial
- Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday, would be an asset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict, and attention to detail
- Drive to identify needs, investigate options, seek solutions and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve issues
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be an engaged member of a virtual team
- Closure orientation and low tolerance for delays and deviations
- Willing to work a schedule that supports other Regions
- A degree in Human Resources or similar and knowledge of HR concepts are a strong plus
