We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with our annual budget process, monitoring the current year’s results, and providing financial analysis support for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the consolidation of the corporate budget, including monthly reporting.
- Analyze and interpret financial results vs. budgeted amounts.
- Provide financial analysis support on various ad-hoc projects.
- Develop and monitor metrics related to financial and operational performance.
- Perform routine and non-routine accounting functions, analysis, and reporting.
- Work closely with all levels of employees to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business.
- 1-3 years of experience with corporate budgeting and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI and Power Query (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
