Motorola Internship 2025 Eligibility Criteria :
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university graduating in 2025 or a recent graduate with coursework or background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in basic programming skill in language such as Java, Python, C#, or similar language
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts is a plus
- Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features including, but not limited to account & contact administration/management, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, flows, process builder, reports is a big plus.
- Knowledge in building Salesforce solutions using APEX, LWC, Flows, triggers and APIs is a big plus
- Confident in communicating and sharing ideas to engineering peers, product owners and business partners.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
- Collaborate with product manager, product owner(s), experienced software developers and architects to understand business needs, design and build solutions using the Salesforce Product & Software suite.
- Learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality, reduce technical debt and innovation.
- Follow Agile software development methodology and software development standards.
- Proactive approach and enthusiasm for problem identification and solving
