Sasken Off Campus Drive 2025 Eligibility Criteria :
- Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of telecommunications and protocol stack architectures
Core Technical Competencies
- Technology Domains: 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Interop Testing, VSAT-SATCOM
- Scripting & Development: PERL, Python, Shell, TCL, C, C++, TTCN
- Platform Experience: Linux (internal and customer-specific testing environments)
- Standards Knowledge: 3GPP specifications, RAT protocol stacks (UE & RAN)
- Testing Tools: QXDM, QCAT, QPST, RTD, Anritsu, Keysight, Prism, trace analyzers, flashing tools
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases for 2G/3G/LTE/5G modem and UE protocol stacks.
- Perform interoperability testing with major vendors (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent) and coordinate with NEM labs.
- Conduct network signaling analysis (Layer 2, Layer 3, NAS) and debug issues using logs and trace tools.
- Automate test scenarios using PERL, Python, TTCN, and support CI integration when applicable.
- Perform regression testing, core dump analysis, and root cause investigations for system failures.
- Use and maintain industry-standard tools like QXDM, QCAT, QPST, Prism, Anritsu, and other trace utilities.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure compliance with 3GPP specifications.
- Document test results, provide support for issue resolution, and contribute to process improvement.
