What You Will Be Doing
- Writing and developing test cases for functionality under development; test cases will be written based on reviews of user stories and other design documents, as well as verbal discussions with internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the generation of required inputs for testing, including creation of test data as well as using existing data.
- Working with developers, testing thoroughly, using a range of scenarios for each user story being tested, and taking into consideration functionality related to what is being tested.
- Logging defects with adequate detail and retesting once defects have been addressed.
- Conducting regression testing and assisting with load testing, as needed.
Essential
What we are looking for from you:
- QA manual work experience
- Experience with the Salesforce.com application and overall CRM functionalities.
- Experience in an Agile development environment
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Bug Life Cycle
Desirable
- Experience in JIRA tool
- Excellent verbal, written communication
