As an Associate IT Site Coordinator, you will take on a role providing on-site customer facing IT support. You will be responsible for being present on our internal Tech Bar, resolving technical issues, participating in internal projects, and ensuring smooth IT operations within your assigned site. You are expected to be independent in handling low-complexity support requests and contributing to team operations.
As a key member of our team, you will closely collaborate with and provide support to various departments, including sales, finance, marketing, HR, engineering, and even executives. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is willing to jump in and get things done to make Snowflake successful.

AS AN ASSOCIATE IT SITE COORDINATOR AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
- Being present on our internal Tech Bar providing both on-site and remote IT support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures and escalate problems to appropriate resources when necessary.
- Handling support tickets within ServiceNow.
- Responding to internal IT Support Slack channels, providing guidance and ensuring prompt responses to IT inquiries.
- Prepare and ship new IT hardware for both new hires & hardware replacements.
- Participate in weekly New Hire IT sessions, providing technical guidance to new employees.
- Maintain local IT inventory accuracy, coordinating equipment distribution and tracking.
- Participate in internal IT projects, taking ownership of assigned tasks and seeking guidance where required.
- Support our internal helpdesk, helping them develop technical skills and improve their service quality. Creating and maintaining knowledge based articles.
- Participant in Site Leadership meetings with team members.
- Responsive to PagerDuty alerts during working hours.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and provide local AV (Zoom) support.
- Provide feedback on existing processes and propose improvements that positively impact the local IT team.
OUR IDEAL ASSOCIATE IT SITE COORDINATOR WILL HAVE:
- Familiarity with core IT tools, such as, Google Workspace, Okta, ServiceNow, Zoom, and Slack.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and adapt to evolving IT processes.
- A team-oriented approach, collaborating effectively with IT colleagues and business stakeholders across multiple regions.
