Expectations from the Role

  • 1.Ensures the end-to-end customer experience and provides a single point-of-contact for the customer.
  • 2.Resolved issues by referring Knowledge Base articles in troubleshooting hardware, software, guiding client through corrective steps; escalating problems to second level; tracked status of problems and solution
  • 3.Document and track all received requests in incident management system
  • 4.Performed quality assurance check of tickets processed by team
  • 5.Performed password resets, software installation, printer support, network connectivity and VOIP troubleshooting
  • 6.Notified customer of issue status and follows-up with customers to ensure problems have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • 7.Evaluate and prioritize tickets effectively escalating and documenting all support calls to a higher level. Maintain the call tracking system and KB through the input of resolutions to issues and/or tracking issues that are escalated to a higher level.
  • 8.Participate actively in knowledge transfer sessions, and identify knowledge gaps
  • 9.Document and share best practices with other colleagues; facilitate knowledge transfer whenever needed
  • 10.Communicate process and knowledge updates to team members
  • 11.Create and update knowledge base articles .
