Qualification Details of TCS Off Campus 2025
- Hands on Experience in Oracle Argus Safety Application.
- Hands on Experience in Axway Integration with Oracle Argus for transmission of inbound and outbound E2B files to business partners and regulatory authorities.
- Hands on Experience with Axway Database and Argus Interchange module
- Knowledge of E2B R2 and R3 tags related to adverse events in Pharma Domain.
- Troubleshooting experience in failure issues related to E2B files.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in SDLC and ITIL processes.
- Experience in writing stored procedures using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience in Regulatory Standards like 21CFR P
- Experience in Argus System and Business Configuration

Responsibility of TCS Recruitment Drive 2025
- On-boarding and Off-boarding of new business partners and regulatory authorities
- Troubleshooting experience with the failure of E2B files and issues in transmission of files due to changes in the existing partner configuration, certificate related issues, network related issue, and issues at community level (if any).
- Changes in the Axway Configuration due to Cloud Migration
- Lead the Axway Module and suggests/provide recommendations to the customer.
- Analyze, resolve the issues and ensure 100% availability of the Axway Application for all trding partners and regulatory authorities in Test and Production environment.
Will TCS Gives WFH in 2025 ?
TCS has shifted away from its previous 25/25 work model, where 25% of employees were expected to work from home, and is now requiring most employees to return to the office. While there was an initial plan to have a significant portion of the workforce work remotely by 2025, this has been largely reversed. TCS is now focused on a full return to the office, with many employees returning to the office for a full five-day workweek.
