- Should have worked on user acquisition, user engagement, profile building, lead management, conversion rate optimization. Should have worked closely with Marketing & Sales teams.
- Needs to be really strong with instrumentation, data flows and funnel analysis.
- Strong analytical skills. Needs to be hands-on with data analysis. Should be comfortable writing queries and using various marketing & analytical tools.
- Should have demonstrated metric movement. The candidate will be part of the growth pod and should own and move metrics.
- Hustler mindset. Open to rapid experimentation and moving very fast.
- Someone with 1-2 years of PM experience on the growth side in Edtech so he can hit the ground running.
