Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
Present recommendations for resolving business problems
Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules
Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Job Expectations:
6+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Knowledge for Ariba B&I and SLP modules
Able to solve tickets and issues on Ariba
Provide technical support for Ariba applications and services.
Monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of middleware components.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
Develop clear and concise user stories to capture business requirements and functional needs.
Ensure user stories are properly documented and maintained in the project management system.
Create and maintain detailed technical and process documentation.
Document Ariba configurations, processes, and support procedures.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
Develop and execute test scripts to validate systems functionality.
Work with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
Ensure all test results are documented and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7 to 9 years of experience
Experience in creating user stories and requirements documentation.
Familiarity with developing and executing test scripts.
Able to work in US shifts and solve in application support process which requires quick resolution of tickets and issues.
