Wipro Walk-in Drive 2026 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this walk-in drive, candidates should:
- Be a graduate (any stream)
- Have 0–1 year of experience in Service Desk or Customer Support (freshers can apply)
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Role Overview
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues. You will help users resolve technical problems and ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle user issues via calls, chats, and emails
- Diagnose and resolve technical and system-related problems
- Log incidents and maintain proper documentation
- Escalate critical issues when required
- Ensure quick and effective resolution of helpdesk requests

- Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Transport: One-way cab facility (7 PM – 7 AM)
- Work Hours: 9.5 hours per day
